Master Bedroom Closet - Before
This closet is 12 feet long with 10 foot ceilings.
One crazy hook system for hanging clothes
& one shelf for storage was a horrible
design for this space.

So, multiple rods and several shelves made
this custom closet any woman's dream come true!

Organized Home Offices

Filing System
If a paper is important enough to keep, it should have a file.
Keep tabs flush to the left in alphabetical order.
Everything from take-out menus, school calendars, utility bills,
exterminating contracts, pet records and receipts for taxes
are appropriately labeled and at your finger tips.
No more piles of paper!

Bathroom Updates

Teen Bathroom ~ Before
Teen Bathroom ~ After
Updated paint and window treatments
really made this teen happy!
A fun trim was added to a shower curtain
purchased at Tuesday Morning.
The monogram makes it extra special!

The lighting here is much more
appropriate for the space.
New granite, faucets, hardware, & mirrors
made this family feel like they had their own spa at home!

This Ralph Lauren faux finish available at
The Paint Store solved our problem. In the before
picture, you can see that wall paper had been painted. What a mess!
With a small remnant from the granite shop, a new mirror, faucet,
and new hardware, this hall bath steals the show!

What do you do with a tile color that you cannot change?
You work with it, baby!
Another designer had added the black and white wallpaper. Great idea!
I lifted the sconces above the tile, added a mirror to cover
as much of the tile as possible (and cover all of the awkward holes),
added a large granite remnant, new faucet, and new hardware.
I also added a new plantation shutter. This room is on the
front of the house and all other windows had plantation
shutters ~ didn't want to leave this guy out!

My Organized House

Laundry Room
Make this room a fun place to be ~ seriously!
Paint your laundry room your favorite color, add fun photos
of your family and your children's art ~ anything that makes you smile!

Laundry Room Cabinets
Important - Make your storage containers fit your space as
snug as possible. This keeps you from stuffing stuff that
does not belong into the cabinet.
Master Bathroom Cabinets

Staples
I LOVE these containers for staples, snacks, cereals, etc.
With the push of one button on the top of the lid, the
product you place inside is sealed for freshness.

Dishes
These shelves are located directly across from my dishwasher.
This makes unloading the dishwasher a breeze!

Plastics

Risers & Lazy Susans are so helpful!
